How made-to-order carved décor works: from reference to installed piece
What happens when you commission custom hand-carved wall art in India: brief, drawing, sample approval, carving, finishing and delivery.

Most of what we make is made for a specific wall. Here is what the process looks like, so you know what to send and what to expect at each step.
1. The brief
Send a catalogue piece you like, a reference image or simply the wall size and the feeling you want. The more context — room, lighting, colours, quantity, deadline — the more accurate the first proposal.
2. Drawing and quotation
We reply with dimensions, material, finish, a price and dates for the sample and delivery. Nothing is charged at this stage, and the site never takes payment online.
3. Sample approval
For made-to-order and bulk work, you approve a sample or a detailed drawing before production starts. This is where proportion, carving depth and finish are agreed.
4. Carving and finishing
The piece is cut from seasoned wood (or cast in brass), carved by hand, sanded through several grits and finished: stain, antique wash, gilding, paint or lacquer. Each step is checked against the approved sample.
5. Inspection, packing and delivery
Every piece is inspected, fitted with wall-mounting hardware where relevant and packed for transport. Your receipt link shows each stage: received, confirmed, in production, dispatched and delivered.
